Job Description
As a Food Services Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate daily operations and monitor revenues
- Plan and organize daily operations and staff schedules
- Supervise and train staff, conducting performance reviews
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Negotiate with clients for catering services
- Address customer complaints and concerns
- Organize and maintain inventory.
Requirements
- College/CEGEP education or equivalent experience
- First Aid Certificate and WHMIS Certificate required
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
- Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in point of sale systems and spreadsheets.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
