Job Description
Orienta SpA, a Benefit Corporation, is seeking an HR Specialist for a client in the construction sector. The role involves managing personnel selection processes and supporting organizational growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage selection processes from requirements gathering to onboarding
- Draft and publish job advertisements
- conduct direct searches
- Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews
- Collaborate with managers during candidate evaluations
- Organize hiring and support new hires during onboarding
- Update and manage candidate databases and recruiting tools
Requirements
- Experience in personnel selection or HR
- Interest in recruiting and skill assessment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized and able to manage priorities
- Team player with professional behavior
- Fluent in Italian and German, both written and spoken
