Orienta SpA, a Benefit Corporation, is seeking an HR Specialist for a client in the construction sector. The role involves managing personnel selection processes and supporting organizational growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manage selection processes from requirements gathering to onboarding
  • Draft and publish job advertisements
  • conduct direct searches
  • Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews
  • Collaborate with managers during candidate evaluations
  • Organize hiring and support new hires during onboarding
  • Update and manage candidate databases and recruiting tools

Requirements

  • Experience in personnel selection or HR
  • Interest in recruiting and skill assessment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized and able to manage priorities
  • Team player with professional behavior
  • Fluent in Italian and German, both written and spoken
